I am currently 10 months post surgery, and not once have I ever regretted my decision: in fact, the surgery has greatly improved the quality of my life. I have less pain in my neck and shoulders, and it is much easier to do the things I love, like practicing yoga. Because I feel more comfortable being active, I know that the surgery will continue to support my health and happiness for years to come. Thank you all for your excellent service.
