I am so pleased with how you, Dr. Sureddi, and your staff have found a way to stay in touch with me. Every time I have phoned your office I am treated so very respectfully and professionally. Taking the time to work out the “bugs” in our face time call is just another example of the effort your staff puts in. It would have been just as easy to tell me the system wasn’t working and you would call me another day. Our face to face conversation was very satisfying.
